Our Story
Welcome to Chang's Ranch, a family-owned ranch in Florida built on a passion for agriculture, self-sufficiency, and responsible animal care.
What started as a small homestead project quickly grew into something much bigger—a place where we could raise quality poultry, grow food, care for animals, and share that experience with others. Our goal is simple: to produce healthy animals, quality hatching eggs, and farm-raised products while building a sustainable ranch for future generations.
At Chang's Ranch, we believe in hands-on stewardship. Every animal on our ranch receives daily care, clean housing, fresh water, quality feed, and close attention to its health and well-being. We take pride in maintaining strong bloodlines, healthy breeding stock, and responsible management practices.
Our ranch is home to a growing collection of poultry and livestock, including heritage chickens, quail, pigeons, and other farm animals. We are continually expanding our operation with the vision of creating a productive and diverse farm that provides both enjoyment and value to our customers and community.

Our Managed Breeds
Heritage Chicken Breeds
A selection of premium, hardy heritage chickens including Rhode Island Reds, Barred Plymouth Rocks, and Orpingtons. Carefully selected for excellent egg laying, superb climate adaptability to Florida's humidity, and dual-purpose utility.
Ducks
Our selection of dual-purpose ducks, such as fast-growing Pekins and high-producing Khaki Campbells. Exceptionally active garden foragers that are robust, easy to care for, and excellent producers of large, rich eggs.
Jumbo Coturnix
High-performance quails that mature in under 6 weeks. Optimized for egg yields and quiet behavior, perfect for clean suburban structures.
Homing Pigeons
Athletic lines with premium navigation instincts and solid muscle lines. Bred specifically for exhibition and exceptional performance benchmarks.
Fertile Hatching Eggs
Collection and packaging of fertile laying dozens. Cleaned and set in climate cabinets before shipment to lock in perfect development values.
Our Farming Practices
100% Pasture Raised
[CUSTOMIZE AS NEEDED] No crowded cages or airless barns. All of our active birds range freely across rotated green pastures, grazing grass and hunting lawn pests.
Zero Added Hormones
[CUSTOMIZE AS NEEDED] We do not administer artificial growing hormones or chemical additives. Natural, grass-fed proteins and organic seeds nourish our flocks.
NPIP Disease Controls
[CUSTOMIZE AS NEEDED] High-threshold sanitization of our incubation cabinets and pen layers daily. Monitored strictly to prevent avian vulnerabilities.
Tampa Bay Local Pickup Available
Located in the Tampa Bay area, Florida. For the safety and stress limits of live birds, we fulfill custom orders via pre-scheduled structured pickups at our farm.
